摘 要:从我国冬奥会优势项目陆地与冰上、雪上衔接训练实践出发,在总结陆地与冰上、雪上训练理论的基础上,结合国际冬季运动陆地与冰雪训练的前沿,提出我国冬奥会陆地与冰雪训练科学衔接的关键技术、原则、方法,并对陆冰雪衔接训练的未来发展趋势做出判断,以此建立起我国冬奥会优势项目陆冰雪衔接训练的科学基础。This article starts from the practice of the on and off ice (snow) training of China' s advantageous events in the Winter Olympics, the paper reviews the ice and snow training theories and combines the leading edge on and off ice(snow) training of the international winter events to put forward the key techniques, princi- ples and methods for China's on and off ice(snow) training of Winter Olympics athletes, predicts the trend of the training so as to build the scientific foundation for the on and off ice(snow) training of China' s advantageous events of Winter Olympics.
