个体因素影响健身指导员职业倦怠的调查研究——以四川省自贡市为例

摘　　要：健身指导员是职业倦怠的高发群体，通过实地调查和问卷调查，从个体因素角度研究自贡市健身指导员职业倦怠问题。结果表明：该市健身指导员普遍存在职业倦怠；男性健身指导员成就感比女性更低，但情绪衰竭较女性轻；30-40岁的健身指导员职业倦怠最严重；随学历提升，健身指导员情绪衰竭减轻，自我成就感增强；随周课时数增加，健身指导员职业倦怠愈加严重；已婚健身指导员存在去个性化问题和严重情绪衰竭，而未婚者成就感低；从事有氧健身操、街舞、器械的健身指导员情绪衰竭严重；以经济效益为从业动机的健身指导员情绪衰竭最严重，但其个人成就感最高。This article is to search for the level of JB of fitness instructors in Zigong city. The results showed that： the problem of JB commonly exists in fimess instructors of Zigong city; The males feel lower achievement, however the problem of emtional exhaustion of the fmuales is more serious; The level of JB of the age between 30-40 is the most serious; With the upgrade qualifications, fimess instructors gradually reduce emotional exhaustion and enhance self-fulfiUment; With the increase in the number of weedy hxtrs, the problem of JB is more serious; The problem of depersonalization and emotional exhaustion of the people who are already married is rrrrre serious than that of unmarried, they feel higher achievement; The problem of emotional exhaustion of the people who is engaged in aerobic exercise, hip-hop and equipment is serious; The problem of mlotional exhaustion of the people whose motivation is economic is the most serious, however, they have the highest sense of fulfillment.
