摘　　要：视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)是婴幼儿最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤。随着现代诊疗技术的提高,RB传统治疗目标和模式正在发生转变。目前RB的治疗方法主要包括化学减容法、外照射放疗、手术治疗、局部治疗、生物治疗等。RB治疗需根据不同的患者情况制定个性化的治疗方案,以达到最佳的治疗效果。Retinoblastoma（RB） is the most common intraocular malignant tumor in children.With the development of medical science and technology,the traditional therapy target and the mode of retinoblastoma are improving.Presently,the treatment methods of RB mainly include chemotherapy,external radiotherapy,operation,local therapy,biotherapy,etc.Treatment options of RB should be individualized to different patients,in order to achieve the best of therapeutic effect.
