摘  要:为确定星间链路其他传输耗损以及合理发射功率,首先,在方位角、俯仰角的变化范围较小,平均距离较小和距离变化范围较小的情况下,给出Walker-δ星座星间链路的建立准则。然后,详细讨论星座星间链路的预算分析和自由空间传输耗损及其他传输耗损,并给出这些传输耗损的参考值或求解公式;特别是提出以数据传输速率的数学期望等于额定数据传输速率为条件来确定合理发射功率的方法,并推导数据传输速率方差的计算公式。最后,在仿真算例中,分析Walker 27/3/1星座中星间链路的方位角、俯仰角和距离的变化范围,讨论不同载波频率和不同数据传输速率对星间链路发射功率的影响,并给出了合理的发射功率。There is transmission power of a need for more discussion on the other transmission loss and a reasonable inter-satellite link (ISL). Firstly, the criteria for ISL establishment were given under the agreement of short average distance and small range of ISL azimuth, elevation angle and distance. Secondly, the budget of the ISL, the free space propagation loss and other transmission loss were discussed, and the reference value or the formula of these transmission losses was given later. Furthermore, a reasonable transmission power was given by the probabilistic knowledge under the condition that the mathematical expectation of the practical data was equal to the rated data of the transfer rate. Then, the variance formula of the data transmission rate was derived. Finally, the ranges of azimuth, elevation angle and distance of ISL in the Walker 27/3/1 constellation were analyzed by simulation. The impact of different carrier frequencies and data rates on the transmission power were discussed, and a reasonable transmission power was also determined.
