粉尘螨滴剂治疗尘螨过敏性哮喘231例的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评价舌下免疫疗法(SLIT)治疗尘螨过敏性哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法对231例尘螨过敏的哮喘患者应用粉尘螨滴剂进行2年脱敏治疗,比较治疗前、后的变化及用药过程中的局部和全身不良反应情况。结果治疗后过敏性哮喘患者的鼻炎症状及哮喘症状评分等多项指标均比治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05);应急用药量较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05)。治疗期间未发生严重不良事件。结论粉尘螨滴剂治疗尘螨引起的过敏性哮喘有很好的疗效及安全性,值得临床推广使用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and security of sublingual immunity therapy（SLIT） in treatment of dust mite sensitive asthma（DMSA）.Methods 231 patients with DMSA underwent desensitization therapy with dermatophagoides farinae（DF） drops for 2 years,and compare the adverse reaction of part and whole bodies of them before,after and during the 2 years treatment.Results After the treatment,many indexes of the patients’ rhinitis symptom and asthma symptoms improved significantly than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）;the amount of pills take for emergency treatment reduced significantly（P〈0.05）.During the whole treatment no seriously adverse events happened.Conclusion DF drops are extremely effective and safe for treating dust mite sensitive asthma,thus worth being popularized in clinical otolaryngology.
