摘 要:目的探讨高脂血症对红细胞天然免疫黏附功能(EIIAF)的影响。方法随机选择高脂血症患者(高脂血症组)47例及健康体检者(健康对照组)49例,对两组EIIAF采用快速检测方法进行检测;以全自动日立生化仪对两组血脂水平进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果 (1)高脂血症组EIIAF%的水平明显低于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDL-C)增高者与健康对照组红细胞免疫功能比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。三酰甘油(TG)增高、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低者与健康对照组红细胞免疫功能比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症患者红细胞免疫黏附功能低于健康对照组,高脂血症是影响血红细胞免疫功能的因素之一。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperlipoidemia on erythrocyte innate immune adhesion function(EIIAF).Methods 47 patients with hyperlipoidemia(hyperlipoidemia group) and 47 healthy examined people(control group) were selected romandy randomly.FIIAF in two groups were measured by rapid detection method.Levels of blood lipids in two groups were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and measured data were analyzed with statistics.Results 1.The level of EIIAF in patients with hyperlipoidemia was lower than normal controls,there were significant difference in EIIAF(P〈0.01).2.The level of EIIAF in patients with high TC,LDL-C and sdLDL-C was lower than normal controls,there were significant difference in EIIAF(P〈0.01).The level of EIIAF in patients with high TG and low HDL-C was lower than normal controls,there were significant difference in EIIAF(P〈0.05).Conclusion Erythrocyte innate immune adhesion function in hyperlipoidemia group is obviously lower than that of normal control group.Hyperlipoidemia is one of the factors affecting erythrocyte innate immune adhesion function.
