摘 要:对常用的3种插入角钢操平找正施工方法进行了分析和对比,重点介绍悬吊式插入角钢操平找正方法。在插入角钢无预留高尺寸计算模型的基础上,利用基础中心整体旋转原理,分别用极坐标法和简化方法对有预留高情况下的插入角钢控制尺寸进行了推导,并给出了插入角钢悬吊法的操作步骤、操作注意事项及工程计算实例。悬吊式插入角钢操平找正方法,具有操作简便、施工效率高等特点,可在输电线路铁塔基础施工中推广应用。This paper analyzed and compared three leveling and alignment methods for inserted angle-steel with an emphasis on suspension type. The polar coordinate method and simplified method were proposed for calculating the size of suspended angle-steel with reserved height, based on the calculation model of suspended angle-steel without reserved height and the rotating principle of foundation center. The operation steps, notices and engineering calculation examples of suspension method for inserted angle-steel were introduced. This method has the characteristics of simple operation, satisfied quality and high efficiency, which can be popularly applied in the construction of transmission line tower foundation.
