摘　　要：针对我国优质护理服务开展情况,从护士岗位调研、岗位论证、动态管理三个方面论证了实施护士岗位管理是护理管理研究的切入点,从而达到推动优质护理服务向更深层次发展,得到患者、医生、护士和政府好评的目的。Based on the status of high quality nursing service development in China,it is discussed that nurse post management is the breakthrough point for nursing management in aspects of nurse post investigation,post assessment and dynamical management.Furthermore,nurse post management can also promote high quality nursing provision and get win win result among patient,doctor and government.
