摘　　要：随着以诊断相关组为基础的预付费制度(DRGs-pps)在北京市的推广应用,国际疾病分类作为DRGs分组的基础,其分类质量将直接影响DRGs-pps付费标准,从而对医疗保险成本核算产生根本影响,进而影响患者、医院、医保机构3方利益。国际疾病分类第十次修订(ICD-10)肿瘤疾病分类内容,对于肿瘤专科医院以及综合医院的肿瘤患者而言,其重要性更是不言而喻。通过制定ICD-10临床版肿瘤疾病分类编码标准,不仅为DRGs的实施打下坚实的基础,同时也是决定肿瘤患者DRGs组别的依据。With the wide use of DRGs-pps in Beijing,as the bases of DRGs,ICD coding quality will directly influence DRGs-pps payment standard and medical insurance cost,and will further influence the interest of the patient,hospital and insurer.The content of tumour disease classification in ICD-10 is very important for tumour patient in cancer hospital or general hospital.The designing of ICD-10 clinical version tumour disease coding standard can not only gives firm foundation on implementing DRGs,but also the evidence on deciding DRGs group for tumour patient.
