摘 要:介绍了天津分公司化工部800 kt/a连续重整装置自2009年3月开工以来的运行情况,通过对原料组成和重整反应数据的收集整理,找出了重整原料与重整反应情况的对应关系。分析了在重整反应苛刻度一定的条件下,重整原料品质的降低对重整反应和联合装置内其他相关装置的影响,提出了调整3种石脑油进料比例、提高重整进料的芳烃潜含量、优化原料的初馏点和终馏点等应对措施。分析了加工高含硫凝析油的直馏重石脑油对装置稳定运行的影响,并提出了工艺和设备方面采取的应对措施,包括严格监控原料硫含量;加强加氢反应系统和重整反应系统工艺参数的监控;加强加氢系统重点部位管线、设备腐蚀速率的监测;对重点腐蚀设备、管线进行材质升级更新等。通过实施这些措施,保证了装置的长周期运转,充分发挥了PS-Ⅶ催化剂性能,提高了芳烃产率和装置效益。The operation of a 800,000 TPY continuous catalytic reforming unit of SINOPEC Tianjin Petro- chemical Company ever since its start-up in March, 2009 is described. By the collection and analysis of informa- tion of feedstock composition and data of reforming reaction, the relationships between reformer feed and refor- ming reaction are found out. The impact of deterioration of reformer feed quality on reforming reaction and other units under a certain reforming reaction severity is studied. The countermeasures are recommended, including adjusting the ratio of three different naphtha streams in reformer feed, increasing file potential aromatic content in reformer feedstock, optimizing feed initial boiling point and end point etc. Based upon the analysis of impact of processing straigtlt-run naphtha from high sulfur condensate oil on the stable operation of the unit, the effec- tive measures are proposed in respect of process and equipment, such as strict control of sulfur in feed, strength- ened monitoring and control of pre-hydrotreating system and reforming reaction system, effective detection of corrosion rate of critical pipelines and equipment in pre-hydrotreating refit and material upgrading & replacement of im- portant corroded equipment and pipelines etc. The implementation of these measures has ensured the long-term op- eration of the unit, made the most of the PS-VII catalyst and improved the aromatics yield and unit' s profitability.
