摘 要:结合石油化工项目的工程实践,介绍了防渗工程对石化行业可持续发展的重要作用。基于防渗工程设计的特点与要求,给出了石化项目前期防渗设计的初步判据及方法,分析了石化项目防渗设计的重点与难点问题,如污染防渗分区的划分原则与方法、施工过程中各种接口与裂缝处理等,提供了石化项目不同功能区典型的污染防治分区表,以及防渗工程的技术要求等。指出以建设项目场地的包气带防污性能、含水层易污染特征和地下水环境敏感程度等三个因素作为石化项目是否需要防渗的初判依据。鉴于石化项目的特殊性,其污染防治分区划分不可能做到完全对应,还需设计人员根据实际情况合理把握。In consideration of engineering practice of petro-chemical projects, the important role of seepage prevention design for the sustainable development of petro-chemical industry is introduced. Based on the characteristics and specific requirements of the seepage prevention design, the preliminary judgment criterion and method for whether the seepage prevention design is required during the early stage of petrochemical project is described, and some key and difficult issues in the process of seepage prevention design are analyzed and discussed, such as definition of pollution prevention area, treatment of interfaces and cracks, etc in the construction. Typical definition tables of pollution prevention areas of petrochemical projects are provided, and technical requirements for seepage prevention are given. It is pointed out that the pollution prevention performance of aeration zone, the easy pollution of water bearing stratum and sensitivity of underground water environment of project site should serve as the primary basis for determination of whether the seepage prevention design is required for the petrochemical projects. Whereas, due to special features of the petrochemical project, the definition of pollution prevention area can not be completely perfect, and it needs to be handled by engineers based upon actual conditions.
