摘　　要：流脑对世界上许多地区的人类健康构成了严重威胁,尤其是近年来多重耐药菌株的出现,使流脑的抗生素治疗日益复杂,因此,接种流脑疫苗仍是控制该病的主要手段。研究证明,流脑多糖疫苗安全有效,并能与其他疫苗一起对前往疫区的旅行者、劳务人员、留学生等进行联合免疫。Meningococcal meningitis constitutes a serious threat to human health in many parts of the world.Especially in recent years,the emergence of multi-resistant strains,antibiotic treatment of the Neisseria meningitides is increasingly complex.So vaccination is still the primary means of controlling the disease.Meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine has been proved to be safe and effective,and can be combined with other vaccines for travelers to the infected areas、labors and students.
