摘　　要：详细阐述上海轨道交通网络安全管理体系及现状,分析当前上海轨道交通面临的风险,包括设施设备故障、大客流、火灾、公共安全、工程施工等,逐类分析风险原因并提出相应对策,最后简要介绍上海轨道交通在世博会运营安全保障中的经验。Author of the paper describes in detail the security management system of Shanghai rail transit network and its present situation, analyses the risks now faced by Shanghai rail transit including faults of instsllations and equipment, large passenger flow, fire, public security and construction works, analysing the reasons of risks in turn with corresponding countermeasures proposed. The experience for operation security from Shanghai rail transit during World Expo 2010 is briefed in the end.
