摘 要:目的建立脑心清片中糠酸含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.3%磷酸(20∶80);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:240 nm。结果糠酸在0.15~1.50μg(r=0.999 9)范围内呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.71%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.36%。结论本方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可为脑心清片的质量控制提供参考依据。Objective To establish a method for the determination of furoic acid in Naoxinqing tablets by HPLC. Methods The content of furoic acid was determined by an HPLC system with Hypersil Cls (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was CH3OH-0.3% H3PO4(20: 80). The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Results The linear range of furoic acid was 0.15 ~ 1.50 μg (r =0. 999 9). The average recovery (n =6) was 100.71%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2. 36%. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, accurate, highly selective and reproducible, thus suitable for the quality control of Naoxinqing tablets.
