摘　　要：研究我国体育法制体系的现状,指出存在的问题为:体育法制建设相对滞后,法规规章与需要有差距,体育执法队伍力量薄弱,体育行政管理体制改革尚不到位。提出相应的对策:加强体育立法,加强和完善制度建设,规范体育行政执法行为,完善体育行政监督制度,增强依法行政观念和能力。This essay studies the current situation of Chinese sport law system, points out the defections including ：the sport law system construction is lagging behind, there is a certain distance from the need of running sports according the law and rule, the law-enforcing team is weak, and the reform of the administrative system is not yet in place..The paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasure including strengthening the sports legislation, strengthening and improving system construction, regulating the behavior of enforcing the sports administration, perfecting the system of supervision, strengthening ideas and ability of enforcing the sports administration according the law and rule.
