摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈、现场观察及逻辑分析等方法,对参加广西第十二届运动会青少年武术套路比赛的运动员、教练员及体育局官员进行访谈,调查广西竞技武术后备人才的培养现状,指出影响后备人才发展的问题,从而提出相关的对策和建议。By means of documentation, specialist interviewing, field observation and logical analysis, etc., those who have participated in the competition of Martial Art Routine of Teenagers in the 12th Guangxi Sport Games, such as the athletes, coaches and officers of Sport Bureau, have been investigated and researched. Based on these surveys, this paper first reveals the current cultivation of reserved talents of Athletics Martial Art, then points out the problems that have affected the development of the reserved talents, and last puts forward the correlative countermeasures and suggestions.
