摘　　要：设计统一的调查方案,对全国省、地市、县3级疾病预防控制机构应用系统建设、办公自动化和门户网站建设、信息管理和服务等方面的基本情况进行调查和分析,指出存在的问题并提出改进建议。The paper designs uniform investigation program,investigates and analyzes the current status of application system development, office automation and portal construction,information management and information services in Disease Control and Prevention Centers（CDC） at provincial,city,and county levels,points out the existing problems and puts forward advices for improvement.
