摘　　要：结合大连医科大学图书馆实践,探讨高校图书馆全开放管理模式下的服务创新,包括合理规划布局、提高馆员素质、传统服务人性化、开展个性化服务等方面。Combined with the practices in Dalian Medical College Library,the paper discusses how to innovate services under full open management style including the following aspects;reasonably planning the layout,improving the quality of librarians,traditional services humanization and carrying out personalized services,etc.
