摘　　要：本文首先对货币历史上出现过的真实票据理论和自由银行理论的涵义进行了阐述,并试图将二者与货币契约思想的内涵做比较,找出它们之间的异同点。最后对信用货币制度下的货币契约提出一些建议,以便使当代的国际和国内货币制度设计更符合契约思想。This paper analyzes the connotation of real-bill theory and free-banking theory which existed in history and makes an attempt to compare them with monetary contract theory to find their differences and similarities.Finally,the paper gives some suggestions to monetary contract under the credit money system in order for the design of modern international and domestic monetary system corresponding to contract thought even more.
