摘　　要：针对滚动轴承故障参数与故障类型之间关系的复杂性和不确定性,采用Vague集相似度量的故障诊断方法,将故障类型与故障参数之间的关系以及待测样本的故障参数用Vague集表示,通过计算并比较待测样本Vague集与故障样本Vague集之间的相似度量得到故障诊断结果,并给出了算例。Aimed at complexity and uncertainty of relation between fault parameters and fault types of rolling bearings,the fault diagnosis methods of similarity measures between vague sets are built,and the relation between fault types and fault parameters of the sample and the fault parameters of the sample in study are expressed with vague sets.The results of fault diagnosis are gained by calculating and comparing similarity measures between vague sets of the sample in study and vague sets of fault samples,and an example is given.
