摘  要:文章以砂浆为基体材料,将短切形状记忆合金纤维和钢纤维掺入到砂浆中制备得复合SMA纤维增韧高性能水泥基材料。研究纤维的种类和掺量、长径比对纤维增韧水泥基材料试件的弯曲、疲劳等力学性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:采用SMA纤维与钢纤维复合掺入能够明显改善水泥基材料的弯曲和疲劳性能。随着混杂纤维体积掺量的增加,试件的抗弯承载力提高,当混杂纤维体积掺量为1%时,韧性可提高6-9倍;当混杂体积掺量为2%时,试件的疲劳寿命提高2.3倍。The paper adopted cement mortar as the base material,penetrated with short-cut shape memory alloy(SMA) fiber and steel fiber to make a kind of high-performance material called composite SMA fiber toughened high-performance cementitious materials.Researches were done to determine the rules of bending and fatigue performance of this high-performance cementitious materials when it is influenced by factors like type,volume fraction or length-diameter ratio of the fiber.The result shows that SMA fiber and steel fiber can significantly improve the bending and fatigue performance of cementitious materials.Also,when the volume fraction of the fiber increased,the bending and fatigue performance were enhanced.In this study,when the volume fraction is 1%,the toughness enhanced 6 to 9 times.When the volume fraction is 2%,the fatigue life was lengthened by 2.3 times.
