摘　　要：工业的持续发展对材料学科创新型人才的培养提出了新要求。以燕山大学材料科学与工程学院为例,介绍了优化课程体系、创建创新型实验教学示范中心、科研与教学一体化以及课外科技活动在创新型人才培养中的作用和成效,对培养创新型人才的有效途径提供了有益的探索和实践。Industrial development puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of the talents in material disciplines.This article taking college of materials science and engineering in Yanshan university as example,introduced the function and effect of creating innovative experimental teaching centre,optimizing the curriculum system,integration of research and teaching and extracurricular research activities,and provide useful exploring and practice of the effectively methods on training creative talents.
