摘　　要：在投资者与创业投资家之间的委托代理中,构建了他们之间的报酬机制合约优化模型,求出了在创业投资家最佳的努力水平下,投资者愿意支付给创业投资家的创业基金利润的最优比例以及创业投资家愿意注入的最优资本金额,进而从报酬激励和风险承担的角度分析对创业投资家的激励,以降低创业投资家的道德风险。This paper builds reward mechanism contract model between investors and venture investors.It finds out the optimal proportion of the venture capital fund profit of investors to venture investors and the optimal capital amount of venture investors at the best endeavoring level of venture investors.Moreover,it analyzes the motivation from the perspective of reward mechanism and risk taking to lower moral hazard of venture investors.
