摘  要:甘露聚糖结合凝集素是天然免疫系统中重要的模式识别分子。分析了仿刺参甘露聚糖结合凝集素在仿刺参不同组织及脂多糖刺激前后的表达规律,结果显示仿刺参甘露聚糖结合凝集素mRNA在仿刺参的肠道、呼吸树、体腔细胞和体壁均有组成型表达,且体壁的表达量最高;细菌脂多糖刺激后,4个组织的仿刺参甘露聚糖结合凝集素表达量均得到上调,且以肠道和体腔细胞表达量的变化最为显著;另外,肠道、体腔细胞、体壁中仿刺参甘露聚糖结合凝集素表达量峰值的出现具有明显的时序性,而呼吸树自刺激后6h直至取样结束,其表达量呈稳步上升趋势。Mannan-binding lectins (MBLs) are important pattern recognition molecules in the innate immune system. The expression patterns of Aj-MBL were investigated in different tissues of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus and the stimulation of its immune response to lipopolysaccharide(LPS) challenge monitored. Constitutive expression of Aj-MBL mRNA was found in the intestine, respiratory tree, coelomocyte and body wall. After LPS challenge, the expression of Aj-MBL mRNA was up-regulated in the four tissues, and the expression in intestine and coelomocyte was changed most dramatically. Also, the Aj-MBL peak expression in intestine, coelomocyte and body wall was shown to have a time-sequence pattern. Interestingly, from 6 h after challenge to the end of sampling, the change of Aj-MBL expression in respiratory tree showed a steady upward roughly trend.
