摘　　要：对我国研究生暑期学校建设绩效现状进行调查。结果显示,各相关群体对于研究生暑期学校的总体建设绩效评价是肯定的,比较而言,往届学员的评价更高。暑期学校对于拓展学员视野、启发学员思考、提升科研创新能力等方面均有成效,达到了预期目的。同时,也存在没有形成固化机制、招生宣传不到位、经费投入不足等问题。建议提高认识,将暑期学校纳入学校长期教育规划;加大经费投入,做出品牌;加大招生宣传力度,积聚优质师资、生源。A survey is presented on the performance of graduate summer schools in China.Results show overall positive evaluations of school performance;in particular,evaluations by students of previous years are higher.Summer schools have mostly achieved the anticipated objectives in expanding students＇ horizons,inspiring in-depth thinking,and enhancing research and creative abilities.There are also problems,such as a lack of fully-established operation mechanism,insufficient enrollment publicity,and a funding shortage.It is suggested that summer school should be incorporated into long-term institutional plans,and efforts made to increase funding and brand-building,to upgrade enrollment campaigns and to recruit high-quality teachers and students.
