长春七中异欧前胡素的提取方法研究

摘　　要：用80%乙醇回流提取长春七中的异欧前胡素,考察不同溶剂、不同提取方式对异欧前胡素提取率的影响,用反相高效液相色谱法测定异欧前胡素的含量。结果表明,适宜的实验条件为:用7倍量80%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h。在此条件下,可以获得较高的异欧前胡素提取率。The isoimperatorin was extracted from libanotis buethorimensis by refluxing 80% alcohol.The effect of solvent,extraction method on extraction rate was studied.The content of isoimperatorin was determined.The results indicated that the optimal conditions were as follows：80% alcohol 7 times of total mass,extraction for 3 times,1 h for each time.Under these conditions,the high extraction rate of isoimperatorin can be obtained.
