摘 要:目的:探讨复方麝香注射液(主要成分为人工麝香)对大鼠视神经挤压伤后视网膜神经纤维层厚度变化的影响。方法:24只健康SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、药物治疗组3组,每组8只。模型对照组和药物治疗组大鼠均采用钳夹法建立视神经挤压伤实验模型,模型成功建立后即予药物治疗组大鼠复方麝香注射液腹腔注射,予正常对照组和模型对照组大鼠等容量的灭菌注射用水腹腔注射,于造模后第30d处死各组8只大鼠,摘取眼球送病理行视网膜神经纤维层厚度检测。结果:实验发现模型对照组大鼠造模后第30d视网膜神经纤维层厚度显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);药物治疗组大鼠的视网膜神经纤维层厚度显著高于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方麝香注射液减轻了视网膜神经纤维因外伤而致的萎缩,对视网膜神经纤维层具有保护作用或促进再生的作用。Objective:To study the effect of Fufangshexiang injection on thickness change of retinal nerve fiber layer after optic nerve injury in rats.Methods:24 healthy SD rats were divided into normal group,model group,and therapy group.The experimental model of optic nerve injury was established by crushing optic nerve 2mm retrobulbarly in rats of model group and therapy group.Immediately after the model was established,the rats in therapy group were given Fufangshexiang injection intraperitoneally for 30 days.And the rats in normal group and model group were given isometrical distilled water.8 eyeballs were removed to be examined pathologically for the thickness change of retinal nerve fiber layer 30 days after optic nerve injury in each group.Results:The retinal nerve fiber layer in the model group was thinner than in the normal group(P0.05);And the retinal nerve fiber layer in therapy group was thicker than in the model group(P0.05) 30 days later.Conclusion:Fufangshexiang injection can effectively protect the retinal nerve fiber layer of rats from atrophy after optic nerve injury.
