摘　　要：合成了一种新的β－环糊精衍生物手性固定相，以硅油Ⅱ为稀释剂，成功地制备了高效手性毛细管柱，对几类手性化合物进行了拆分。A new cyclodextrin derivative was synthesized and coated in a fused silica capillary column as a stationary phase, with siliconeⅡ as diluent. By using this column, a series of enantiomers was separated and their performances were investigated. Results are satisfactory.
