摘　　要：介绍了在役低密度聚乙烯高压管道直管段裂纹探伤的要点和难点,新型的IDX-45内插式涡流耦合旋转扫查设备性能稳定、灵敏度高。误报率和漏报率均较低,效果很好;而自动化程度、便携性、流动性、现场安装、操作、调试等性能均优于其它同类设备。This paper briefly introduced the essential points and difficulties in the crack detection of the straight sections of the in-service LDPE high pressure pipelines.IDX-45 interpolating eddy coupled rotary scanning equipment has a high performance stability and high sensitivity,low false alarm rate and fail-to-report rate,and good result;its automation degree,portability,field installation,operation performances are better that similar equipment.
