摘　　要：以可变误差多面体法处理多波长吸光光度数据同时测定了复方新诺明制剂模拟样和五个批号实际样品中磺胺甲恶唑（ＳＭＺ）、甲氧苄氨嘧啶（ＴＭＰ）的含量，１１ 份模拟样中ＳＭＺ、ＴＭＰ的回收率分别为９９．８％ 和１００．３％ ，复方新诺明片和注射液的测定结果与药典方法一致。The two components in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets and injections were determined simultaneously by processing the absorbance data with flexible tolerance simplex method. The average recoveries of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim in synthetic samples were 99.80% and 100.26% and relative standard deviations were 0.38% and 1.11% respectively. The results for actual compound formulation agreed with those obtained by standard method.Discussion was made on how to select limit conditions. The optimum experimental coditions have been studied.
