摘　　要：本文从政府对大学的管理、大学内部治理结构两个层面分析大学行政化表征及成因,对大学去行政化的思路与路径进行思辨,提出认识大学本质,树立现代大学理念是去行政化的思想前提;推进高等教育法治建设完善高等教育法制体系是去行政化的法制保障;理顺政府与大学的关系,提高政府管理水平,培育大学自主办学能力是去大学外部管理行政化的核心;健全大学章程,改革大学内部治理结构,强化学术权力的主体作用是去大学内部治理行政化的关键。Analyzing the phenomenon and the cause of administration in university from management of govern- ment and internal management structure. With a dialectical thinking,grasping the essence of university and es- tablishing the concept of modern university is the basic condition of de - administration in university; improve- ment of the regulation and the law is an important method; the improvement of relationship between university and government and management of the government is the key method of external de - administration; the im- provement of the executive management of government and internal management ability is a more important method of de -administration in university; the perfection of rules and regulations and the reform of the im- proper management structure and strengthen researching capacity is the most important method.
