西花蓟马高毒替代药剂的筛选

摘  要:为了筛选防治西花蓟马的高毒替代药剂,采用浸叶法测定了毒死蜱、丁硫克百威等7类15种药剂(原药)对西花蓟马的室内毒力。结果表明,94.8%阿维菌素、97.1%氟虫腈、95%毒死蜱、98.5%吡虫啉以及90.4%多杀菌素的致死中浓度(LC50)均低于10mg/L,作用效果较好,其中90.4%多杀菌素的作用效果最好,LC50为0.33mg/L。959,6氯噻啉、93.7%噻虫嗪、98.3%甲萘威以及92%丁硫克百威的LC50介于10~100mg/L,作用效果一般。97%啶虫脒、92.5%氟氟氰菊酯、96.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯、97%残杀威、97%高效氯氰菊酯以及97.9%联苯菊酯的LC50在100mg/L以上,作用效果较差,其中97.9%联苯菊酯的效果最差,LC50为486.1mg/L。从总体上看,生物源类药剂比其他种类药剂的作用效果好,而菊酯类药剂的作用效果相对最差。To screen new pesticides instead of high-toxic pesticides for control of western flower thrips, the toxicity of fifteen pesticides was determined by the leaf dipping method in the laborato- ry. The result indicated that 94.8 % abamectin, 97.1% fipronil, 95 % chlorpyrifos, 98.5 % imida- cloprid and 90.4% spinosad had good effects,with the LGs0 lower than 10 mg/L,in which 90.4% spinosad showed the best,with LG50 of 0.33 mg/L. The LGs0 of 95% imidaclothiz,93.7% thiame- thoxam,98.3% carharyl and 92% earbosulfan ranged from 10 mg/L to 100 mg/L. The effects of 97% aeetamiprid, 92.5%cyfluthrin, 96.5 % lambada-cyhalothrin, 97 % propoxur, 97 % beta-eypermethrin,and 97. 9% bifenthrin were worse,with LGso over 100 mg/L. 97.9% bifenthrin was least effective,with LG50 of 486.1 mg/L. Generally speaking, the bio-medicaments had the best effect and the pyrethroid pesticides relatively had the least effect.
