温毒清浸膏醇沉前后对鸡新城疫抗体效价的影响

摘　　要：为了研究温毒清浸膏醇沉前后及其不同剂量对鸡新城疫抗体水平的影响,选择150只试验鸡并随机分成5组,设1个对照组,4个给药试验组,每组30只。给药试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ集中饮水给药温毒清浸膏,每只用量分别为0.5g、1.0g、1.5g,给药试验组Ⅳ集中饮水给药醇沉除杂后温毒清溶液1.0mL,3周后测定HI抗体效价,分别为7.2、8.4、8.5和7.2,各给药试验组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),且试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ与试验组Ⅰ、Ⅳ相比差异显著(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,醇沉前后,温毒清浸膏均能明显提高鸡新城疫抗体水平,但以不醇沉除杂的温毒清浸膏作用更强。To study the effects of Wenduqing extract on the Newcastle disease antibody levels before or after precipitate in alcohol,a total of 150 chickens were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups,one control group and four dose experimental groups.Test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were treated with Wenduqing extract through drinking water,with the doses of 0.5 g,1.0 g and 1.5 g,respectively.Test group Ⅳ was treated with 1.0 mL Wenduqing solution after eliminate foreign material.The HI antibody titers were 7.2,8.4,8.5 and 7.2 after 3 weeks,each test group had a significant difference（P0.05） compared with the control group,and the test group Ⅱand Ⅲ more significant difference（P0.01）.The test group Ⅱand Ⅲ also had a significant difference（P0.05） compared with the test group Ⅰand Ⅳ.The results suggest that Wenduqing extract treated with alcohol precipitation has apparent promotion to Newcastle disease antibody level.
