摘  要:在对国电谏壁发电厂(谏壁电厂)330MW机组引风机、增压风机运行参数测试后,提出了在不改动原引风机基础仅对管网进行改造,即将引风机出口管道与吸收塔进口连接,从而实现引风机和增压风机二合一的改造方案。改造后,降低了管网阻力,从而使厂用电下降了0.14%,风机运行效率提高使厂用电下降了0.06%,节电效果显著。The operation of induced draft (ID) fan and booster air fan for 330 MW unit in Guodian Jian- bi Power Plant has been tested,and a retrofit of "combining two into one" for ID fan and booster air fan being put forward on the basis of not changing the original ID fan and only retrofitting the original piping network, the outlet pipeline of ID fan being connected to the inlet of absorption tower. After im- plementation of retrofitting,the service power reduced 0. 14 percent point owing to decrease of resist- ance in the piping network,and the service power decreased 0. 06 percent point due to enhancing the operation efficiency of air fans. The effectiveness of electricity - saving is remarkable.
