摘 要:通过盆栽试验探究了不同氮肥水平下巨大芽孢杆菌对油菜生长及硝酸盐累积的影响。试验结果表明,低氮水平下增施巨大芽孢杆菌菌液能提高油菜产量、降低硝酸盐含量,硝酸盐含量T4较T1降低了40.81%,T5较T2降低了18.47%;高氮水平下增施巨大芽孢杆菌菌液能提高油菜可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,初步认为巨大芽孢杆菌菌液是通过影响油菜对硝酸盐的吸收来降低硝酸盐含量的。A pot experiment was carried out to study effects of applying different levels of nitrogen fertilizer and Bacillus megatedum fermentation liquor on the growth and nitrate content of rape. The results showed that, under the lower nitrogen levels, fermentation liquors of B. megaterium could increase the yield and decreased the nitrate content of rape, the nitrate content of T4 and Ts decreased by 40.81% and 18.47% respectively compared to T1 and T2. While under the relative higher nitrogen levels, fermentation liquors of B. megaterium could increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein of rape. And we preliminarily concluded the fermentation liquors of B. megaterium affecting the absorption of nitrate, which leaded to the reducing of nitrate content in rape.
