摘　　要：回收利用城市雨水可以减轻城市洪涝灾害、降低城市污水处理负荷和建设费用、缓解水资源短缺、维护城市水循环的生态平衡,是城市雨洪控制的发展趋势。针对上海市的特点,从雨水回收的必要性、可行性、回收利用的效益及可能存在的问题等方面进行分析,并提出了相应的建议和对策。Urban rainwater resource utilization is a tendency in the urban rainwater management,which can reduce the urban flood disaster,cut the cost of urban waste water treatment,alleviate the water shortage and maintain the ecological balance of the urban water cycle.On the basis of characters of urban rainwater in Shanghai,the necessity,possibility,advantages and problems in urban rainwater resource utilization was analyzed.At last,some suggestions were also put forward.
