摘　　要：现代图书馆的信息服务是数字化的,用户是数字图书馆的中心和归宿。基于这一观点,笔者阐明了用户个性化信息需求的重要性和必需性;详细解释了基于微内容重组的信息交互服务、基于Agent技术的信息交互服务,以及图书馆2.0的信息交互服务;清晰阐明了用户需求个性化在交互式信息服务中的核心地位。Modern library’s information service is digital service,the user is the center and the end of digital libraries.Based on this view,the writer elaborated in the significance and necessity of user’s personalized information demand.The writer explained in detail about the interactive information service which based on the micro-content restructuring and Agent-technology,and then put forward the interactive information service under the background of library 2.0.Meanwhile,it clearly illustrated the core status of users’ personalized demand in the interactive information service.
