摘　　要：病态窦房结综合征(sick sinus syndrome,SSS)是由于窦房结及其周围组织的器质性改变,起搏和传出功能发生障碍,引起缓慢心律失常,伴有脑、心、肾等脏器供血不足的一组综合征。本文对病态窦房结综合征的发病机制、病因及分型、临床及心电学表现、诊断及治疗的研究现状作简要综述如下。Sick sinus syndrome （sick sinus syndrome, SSS） is a series of syndromes which causes slow arrhythmia companied by insufficient blood supply of brain, heart, kidney and other organs as a result of the organic changes and the disorder of pacing and efference function of sinus node and its surrounding tissue organic changes. This paper was to give a summary on the pathogenesis, etiology, classification, clinical manifestations, electrocardiology manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of sick sinus syndrome.
