摘　　要：为了提高空调工程施工管理的效率,分析MS Project在空调工程施工管理中工期管理、资源与成本管理,并对利用MS Project进行工程工期优化、成本优化等作进一步的探讨。MS Project在空调工程施工管理中的应用大大减少制作计划的工作人员的工作量,提高工作效率,将会得到越来越广泛的应用。In order to improve the efficiency of construction management of air-conditioning engineering,time management and resources and cost management of MS Project in construction management of air-conditioning engineering are analyzed. Time optimization and cost optimization of the engineering are discussed further by using MS Project. The application of MS Project into air-conditioning engineering greatly reduces workloads of workers who make plans, improves the efficiency, and will get more and more application.
