摘　　要：秦皇岛自然、人文生态旅游资源丰富,但是发展生态文化休闲旅游既有地理位置等优势,也存在淡旺季过于明显等劣势,在乘秦皇岛实施"旅游立市"战略过程中,可以从确立"生态文化休闲中心"的品牌形象、将生态文化休闲旅游资源向其产品转化、拓展生态文化休闲旅游客源市场、加大宣传力度、加快旅游基础设施建设等方面来推动秦皇岛生态文化休闲旅游的发展,以促进秦皇岛旅游经济的大发展。There are rich natural, cultural eco -tourism resources in Qinhuangdao. But it has both advantages such as the development of ecological culture and leisure travel geographical locations, and disadvantage such as peak seasons are too obvious. Qin - Huangdao is implementing the ＂tourist city＂ strategy. There are some respects, such as establishing the image of ＂the ecological and cultural leisure center＂ ,transferring the ecological and cultural and leisure tourism resources into its prod- uct,expanding the tourist market of eco - culture and leisure, and speeding up the construction of tourism infrastructure. It is good to improve the further development of ecological and cultural and leisure tourism, and the large - scale development of the tourism economy in Qinhuangdao.
