山东省工资与经济增长关系的协整分析

摘　　要：根据协整理论,利用山东省1984—2010年的年度经济数据对山东省工资水平和经济增长之间的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明,山东省的工资水平与经济增长存在着因果关系,长期工资水平的不断提高会促进山东省经济的持续增长。因此,山东省应合理提高工资水平以增加省内有效需求和人力资本投资,刺激技术进步,以此带动经济持续稳定增长。According to the cointegration theory,the paper made an empirical analysis of the relationship between the wage and economic growth in Shandong Province. The results show that the level of Shandong wages and economic growth have causality, the wage levels continuous rising will promote Shandong economic sustained growth. Shandong province should reasonable raise wages to inerease effective demand and the province of human capital investment and stimulating teehnologieal progress, whieh promote sustainable economic growth.
