甲硝唑联合维生素E治疗老年性阴道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲硝唑片联合维生素E胶囊外用治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将120例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例给予甲硝唑片每晚0.2 g阴道上药,同时维生素E胶囊10 mg阴道上药。甲硝唑每月连用7 d停药,维生素E胶囊每日持续阴道上药。连续治疗观察3个月。对照组60例给予替硝唑阴道泡腾片每晚0.2 g阴道上药,每月连用8 d停药,连续治疗观察3个月。结果治疗10 d、4周、3个月后,2组疗效比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论甲硝唑配合维生素E胶囊外用治疗老年性阴道炎疗效好,值得推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinic effect of Metronidazole tabiets combined with Vitamin E capsules （ for external use） on senile vaginitis. Methods 120 cases of patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each one. The treatment group was given Metronidazole tablets and Vitamin E capsule by vagina drug administration. Metronidazole＇ s dosage was O. 2 g daily, applied every night for 7 consecutive nights each month, and Vitamin E＇ s dosage was 10 mg daily, every night. The control group was given Tinidazole effervescent tablet by vagina drug administration, whose dosage was 0.2 g daily, applied every night for 8 consecutive nights each month. The a- bove therapy and observation last for 3 months. Results After lOdays＇ , 4 weeks＇ and 3 months＇ treatment, the curative effects between both groups were significantly different （P all 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The treatment of Senile vaginitis using Metronidazole tablets in combination with Vitamin E capsules （for external use） has good curative effect.
