摘 要:目的检测福州地区健康儿童呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平,并与哮喘儿童进行比较分析。方法选取我院哮喘专科哮喘儿童和体检中心健康儿童各50例,使用瑞典NIOX(耐尔斯)一氧化氮测定仪检测。结果健康儿童Fe-NO测定值为(15.52±9.86)ppb(7.2~23.8ppb),哮喘儿童测定值为(46.90±32.16)ppb(21.3~71.5ppb),哮喘儿童FeNO明显高于健康儿童(P<0.001)。结论测定FeNO可作为哮喘儿童诊断的一项客观指标,且方法无创、便捷,值得临床推广应用。Objective To detect the exhaled nitric oxide levels of healthy children and compare with nitric oxide in children with asthma in Fuzhou, Fujian. Methods A total of 50 children with asthma in asthma department and 50 healthy children in medical examination center were enrolled in this study. FeNO was measured by nitric oxide analyzer (NIOX: Aerocrine AB; solna, Sweden). Results The levels of FeNO in healthy children was (15.52±9.86) ppb (7.2±23.8ppb) ; The levels of Fe- NO in the children with asthma was (46.90±32.16) ppb (21.3±71.5 ppb). The level of FeNO in asthma group was significant higher than that of healthy group. Conclusion Determination of FeNO is an objective index of diagnosis in children with asthma. It is non-invasive, convenient, and worthy of clinical application.
