摘　　要：目的:探讨重塑护理人员形象对护理质量的影响。方法:将3个优质护理试点病房在实施重塑护理人员形象后(2010年7～12月)的护士综合素质评价、护理质量评分和病人、医师对护理工作满意度与2010年实施前的同期进行比较,分析重塑护理人员形象对护理质量的影响。结果:实施重塑护理人员形象前后,护士综合素质评价、护理质量评分和病人、医师对护士工作满意度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重塑护理人员形象的实施,提高了护理质量,推动了优质护理服务进程。Objective：To explore the effect of nursing staff image remodeling on nursing quality. Methods：Compared the nurses＇general quality evaluation, the score of nursing quality, the satisfaction of patient and doctor to nursing after nursing staff image remodeling（ July to December,2011 ） with that before re- modeling in three high - quality nursing service demonstration wards. Results ：The difference was statistically significant on the nurses＇general quality evalua- tion,the score of nursing quality, the satisfaction of patient and doctor to nursing after nursing staff image remodeling （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Nursing staff image remodeling improve the nursing quality and promote the high - quality nursing service effectively.
