摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育路径在支气管哮喘吸入疗法患者中的应用效果。方法:将122例行吸入治疗的支气管哮喘患者随机分为试验组和对照组各61例,试验组实施路径式健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察两组患者治疗前后呼气峰流速的变化及对治疗效果的满意度。结果:通过对两组患者的观察,试验组患者呼气峰流速在吸入治疗的4周、8周、12周后呈明显上升趋势,患者自我对吸入治疗效果的满意度与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:路径式健康教育为支气管哮喘吸入疗法的患者提供了系统、规范的疾病知识和正确的操作指导,极大提高了支气管哮喘患者对吸入疗法治疗的依从性,保证了吸入治疗的有效性。Objective:To explore the role of health education path in bronchus asthma inhaled therapy. Methods :122 patients patients with bronchus asthma to choose inhaled therapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,health education path was provided for 61 patients in observation group,in addition,usual care was executed for 61 patients in control group. To observe two groups before and after treatment of peak expiratory flow rate changes and the therapentie effect on satisfaction. Results:Through the health education to patients develop health education path. The peak expiratory flow velocity in the treatment of patients with 4 weeks,8 weeks, 12 weeks, are on the rise. Treatment effect and patient satisfaction compared with the control, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:Health education path can improve the bronchus asthma patients inhale the treatment effect of the therapy, worth in clinical application.
