摘　　要：目的:通过对CCU护士的心理健康状况及工作压力源的调查,分析其主要的影响因素,并提出相应措施和方式减轻压力,以保持护士身心健康,提高护理质量。方法:随机抽取4所二级甲等医院62名CCU护士进行自设问卷调查及SCL-90自评量表,测定CCU护士的心理健康水平。运用统计学方法分析所得结果。结果:CCU护士躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性评分均显著高于国内常模(P<0.05)。CCU护士存在的前五位压力源为工作强度大、环境紧张,人员不足工作负荷大,护理培训缺乏,个人价值不能体现,复杂的人际关系。结论:CCU的特殊性质使CCU的护士更容易产生工作压力,出现一系列的不良心理问题。希望在条件允许的情况下,采取适当措施,适当减轻护理人员的心理压力程度,保持身心健康,提高监护室护理工作质量。Objective：To analyze major influencing factor and propose corresponding measure and method for reducing stress, holding physical and mental health of nurses, improving the quality of care, through the investigation of nurses mental health, Methods： Randomly selected 62 nurses of CCU （ coronary care unit）from 4 Second ~ level Hrst -class hospitals, using self- designed questionnaire and symptom checklist （SCL -90 ）, analyse gotten data with statis- tical method. Results： The scorces of mental health status of CCU somatization, obsessivecompulsive, depressed, inquietude, psychotism, which were higher than national norm （P 〈 0. 05）. The first five pressure of CCU nurses are coming from high strength job category, special working conditions, deficient of per- sonnel,lack of nurse train,inability to manifest the individual value,complicated interpersonal relationship. Conclusions ： Special character of CCU make nur- ses have working pressure easily, which creates a series of psychological question. In condition permission situation,we hope to take the adequate measures to relieve mental stress of nursing staff fairly, hold physical and mental health and improve the quality of care of CCU.
