摘 要:目的探讨红外线体温测量仪测量人迎穴温度代替测量额温的可行性,寻找一种准确快速且安全可靠的体温测量方法。方法随机抽取在院患者148例,同时分别用水银体温计测量患者的腋温,用红外线测温仪测量患者额温和人迎穴温度。结果腋温、额温及人迎穴温分别为(36.71±0.06)℃、(36.21±0.06)℃、(36.18±0.06)℃,三种方法测得的温度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。人迎穴温、额温分别与腋温存在统计学差异(均P<0.05),人迎穴温与额温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红外线测温仪只宜用于体温初步检测;使用红外线测温仪测量体温时,可选择人迎穴代替前额测温,既简便快捷又避免伤害眼部晶体。Objective To explore possibility of measuring body temperature at Renying acupoint with an infrared thermometer,and to find a simple,accurate and safe method for body temperature measurement. Methods A total of 148 inpatients selected randomly received axillary temperature measurement with mercury thermometers,and then forehead temperature and temperature at Renying acupoint were measured with an infrared thermometer. Results The mean temperature was 36.71 ℃ for axillary temperature(SD=0.06),36.21℃ for forehead temperature(SD=0.06),and 36.18℃ for Renying acupoint temperature(SD=0.06),with significant difference among them(P〈0.01).Renying acupoint and forehead temperatures were significantly lower than axillary tempe-rature(P〈0.05 for both),and there was no statistical difference between Renying acupoint temperature and forehead temperature(P〉0.05). Conclusion Infrared thermometer is more suitable for preliminary measurement of body temperature.Renying acupoint can replace forehead for body temperature measurement by infrared thermometers,which is not only simple and safe,but also prevents injury to the eyes.
