益心解毒方对Ameroid缩窄环致心功能不全小型猪血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益心解毒方对Ameroid缩窄环致心功能不全小型猪血流动力学的影响。方法:巴马小型猪40只,随机抽取4只小型猪作为假手术组采用左冠状动脉前降支放置缩窄环的方式制备小型猪慢性心肌缺血心功能不全模型,随机分为模型组、地高辛组、芪参益气滴丸组、益心解毒方组,每组6只。测定股动脉收缩压(SBP),舒张压(DBP),平均动脉压(MAP),左室内压峰值(LVSP),左室舒张末压(LVEDP),左室内压上升,下降最大速率(±dp/dtmax)和左心室射血时间(LVET)。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组SBP、DBP、MAP、LVSP、LVEDP和±dp/dtmax显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,地高辛组、芪参益气滴丸组和益心解毒方组SBP、DBP、MAP、LVSP、±dp/dtmax显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:益心解毒方能够显著改善Ameroid缩窄环致心功能不全小型猪的心功能。Objective： To study the effect of Qi Shen Granules on hemodynamic in Ameroid narrow ring caused heart failure small pigs. Methods： Animal models of heart failure were induced by Ameroid narrow ring, and were randomly divided into model group, Qishenyiqi pill group, Digoxin group and Qi Shen granules group with 6 in each group, sham operation group with 4. To determine the indexes of SBP, DBP, MAP, LVSP, LVEDP, and ±dp/dtmax at the end of 8th week after treatment. Results： Compared with sham group, the indexes of SBP、 DBP、 MAP、 LVSP、 LVEDP and ±dp/dtmax in model group decreased（P〈0.01）. The indexes of SBP, DBP, MAP, LVSP and ±dp/dtmax increased obviously （P〈0.05, P〈0.01） in Qishenyiqi pill group, Digoxin group and Qi Shen granules group, when compared to model group. Conclusion： Qi Shen granules can improve cardiac function in Ameroid narrow ring caused heart failure small pigs, and it is an effective drug in treating myocardial ischemia caused heart failure.
