摘  要:目的:建立大黄中代森锰锌农药残留量的顶空气相色谱分析方法(火焰光度检测器)。方法:对顶空气相实验条件进行了优化。样品与氯化亚锡酸溶液在80℃烘箱中反应120min,在顶空进样器的样品槽平衡15min,采用DB-624毛细管柱分离样品,GC-FPD测定样品中代森锰锌农药的残留量。结果:代森锰锌在0.02-5mg/kg范围内峰面积和进样量成良好的线性关系(R2=0.9986),回收率在81.2%-110.8%之间,变异系数在5.1%-8.0%之间,最低检出浓度为0.005mg/kg。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。Objective: A headspace gas chromatography method(flame photometric detector) for determining mancozeb in Rhubarb was established. Methods: The condition of headspace gas chromatography was optimized. Samples with acid stannous chloride reacted for i20 min in oven at 80 ℃, balanced for 15 min in sample tank and were determined by GC-FPD. Results: Good linearity of mancozeb was obtained over the ranges of 0.02-5mg/kg(R^2=0.9986). The recovery ranged from 81.2% to 110.8%, and variation coefficient from 5.1% to 8.0%, the minimum detectable concentration was 0.005mg/kg. Conclusion: The method was simple, quick and had high sensitivity.
