四时辨体捏脊疗法预防小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床应用

摘　　要：笔者基于多年的临床实践与总结,依据小儿生理、病理特点及患儿不同季节的发病规律,结合小儿不同的体质特点,独创了小儿四时辨体捏脊疗法,临床用于预防和治疗小儿常见病、多发病。文章阐述了此种疗法的理论基础,使传统的捏脊疗法得到升华;列举了用此种方法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的具体操作方法。此疗法具有取穴少、操作简单、方便实用、临床疗效显著的特点。Based on clinical practice and conclusion for many years, physiological and pathological characteristics of children and occurrence law of disease in different seasons, according to different constitution, we created knead ridge with differentiating on constitution and four seasons, in order to prevent and treat common and frequently-occurring disease for children. This paper described the theoretical basis for such therapy and sublimate traditional chiropractic therapy; listed the specific methods for treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, with characteristic of choosing few acu-points, simple, convenient operating and significant clinical effect. Our purpose is to look forward to different views, to identify and promote new theories and new methods, which is benefit for children.
